This vintage turtle tray is from Monterey, California. Made by Runyan in the late 1960’s or early 1970’s. This turtle is inlaid with wood and is holding a pink flower and green leaf. It’s such a great design!
On the back is a note about what the tray is made of, which is Couroc. Safe to use to use with boiling water and alcohol. Made in Monterey California, such a great display piece!
There is some wear, when you hold it at an angle to can see marks, but still beautiful! It measures 18” long and 12.5” wide. Less than half inch lip around the rectangle. It weighs 2.5 pounds.
I do my best to list any and all imperfections. Item is vintage not new.
